Encouragement comes in many forms; different people are motivated by different things. Our scholarship programs are designed to help, by whatever reasonable means necessary, those who demonstrate the biggest potential gap to fill that gap.
All scholarships have broad-based appeal. Please contact us if you are interested in funding a scholarship at any level.
Performance-based incentives (PBI)
Some people are motivated to excel if there’s a tangible reward at the end of the road. They’re competing with themselves to see how good they can be.
A PBI is goal-specific. All participants that reach the goal participate in the award, which is typically cash.
Competition-based incentives (CBI)
Other people are motivated to excel through competition with others.
A CBI is a competition. The prizes and number of winners are defined before the competition begins so participants know what rewards they will get if they win.
